RETURN POLICY
WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS ON CLOTHING ITEMS, We strictly enforce this and will not make any exceptions. We will not issue any refunds back to the original method of payment. Once an order is placed with us, we are unable to cancel it for any reason. If you need it expedited or edited in any way please reach out to us via email and we can help you with that! Store credit will be issued via a coupon code that is able to be used on our website and never expires. ONLINE CREDIT MAY ONLY BE USED ONLINE. Shipping will not be refunded,
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to extra added taxes and fees, all international orders will only be eligible for store credit, not size exchange. Once the store credit is issued, you can either use that to purchase a new item or a different size in the original item.
MUGS
H4HT.COM guarantees the products we sells are free from manufacturing defects and as such will be good for 10 days after purchase of the product. If the product breaks due to a manufacturing defect during that time, you agree to take a photograph of the broken product and send the photograph or the original broken product to SUPPORT@H4HT.COM. Upon receipt of the product or the photograph, SUPPORT@H4HT.COM will send a replacement of the product or will issue credit for the purchase value of the broken product(s). SUPPORT@H4HT.COM credit can be used on the SUPPORT@H4HT.COM website for any purchase. SUPPORT@H4HT.COM does not guarantee or warrant that its products will work for any intended purpose or in any set of conditions. You agree that the determination of whether a product's failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of SUPPORT@H4HT.COM. You further agree to provide full and complete information regarding the circumstances of the failure or breakage, including but not limited to the use of the product, the conditions the product was in, and any other information useful to an informed determination by SUPPORT@H4HT.COM as to the cause of the failure or breakage.

For our H4HT MUGS ONLY If the product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during that time, you agree to take a photograph of the failed or broken product and send the photograph or the original failed or broken product to SUPPORT@H4HT.COM. See our return policy for more details.

Tracking numbers are typically issued in 3-5 business days however processing orders could take up to 7-10 business days.
